A much needed improvement to make it safer for those who wish to walk or bike to Kahuku. Are there any plans to go from Laie village or PCC to Kokololio? It's terrible to walk there. No shoulder in many places and the ground is slanted away from the highway, which makes it a bit dicey to bike as well. Thanks for the Laie-Kahuku path! This is great!
